In today's world, good training is an essential foundation for a successful career.

Umformtechnik Stendal has been training young people in various professions for many years. The training is carried out to secure the company's own supply of junior staff, as there are few suitable employees to be found on the local labour market, in order to secure long-term personnel resources.

We provide them with comprehensive, practical and theoretically sound training. You will be supported by qualified specialists during your training in the individual specialist departments of our company and during lessons at the vocational college.
