c) Retention Period We delete this data (after 30 days) unless, in exceptional cases, we need to retain it longer for the purposes mentioned above. In such cases, we delete the data immediately once the purpose no longer applies.
d) Requirement for your cooperation in data collection / Consequences of refusal: When you visit our websites, this data is processed automatically. Without your cooperation, we cannot use our websites.

c) Retention Period We delete this data once your request has been processed and the applicable retention periods have expired.
d) Requirement for your cooperation in providing data / Consequences of refusal: You are only required to provide us with the data we need to process your request and, if necessary, contact you. If you do not provide us with this data, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.
