Quality is the basic prerequisite for long-term business relationships. With this in mind, we are constantly working to continuously improve our processes so that we can continue to meet the specific requirements of our customers in the future.

In addition to our existing expertise - as evidenced by our certifications to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF, among others - we rely on the use of state-of-the-art measurement and testing technology. At the heart of our operations are the Mitutoyo 3D measuring machine and the latest generation of optical measurement technology from GOM, the “ATOS Triple Scan.”

The following options are available to us for testing the assemblies we manufacture:

  • Analysing microsection samples

  • Carrying out torque tests

  • Load cell from Hegewald & Peschke

This enables us to test our welding processes at any time.The quality of our manufactured products and purchased components is a matter of course and is a top priority for every one of our employees. Initial sampling is just as much a matter of course for us as the constant monitoring of quality-relevant characteristics.
