In the area of flexible production, Umformtechnik Stendal has a Trumpf combi punch laser system and a Trumpf laser system as well as 3 CNC-controlled press brakes.
Medium and large-format sheet metal can be processed on the punch laser systems. The press brakes have press forces ranging from 50 tonnes to 170 tonnes and a table length of 3600 mm.
In addition to products for our customers in the domestic and heating appliance sector, small series, prototypes and sample parts are mainly manufactured here. The knowledge gained in flexible production is used for subsequent large-scale production in the press shop and assembly area.
