Mounting

In the assembly area, we process purchased components and the individual parts produced in our press shop and flexible production into complete assemblies. The following processes are used:

• Welding: MAG - MIG - TIG welding

• Spot and projection welding

• Wobble riveting

• Clinching

• Mounting activities

The units listed in the machine list are available for this purpose.

The necessary equipment is developed and manufactured in-house or in co-operation with competent partners. The assembly areas are set up according to the special requirements of the customer and completed with test equipment.

UTS is in a position to fulfil customer requirements in terms of quality and quantity at all times thanks to its constantly developing assembly production. Additional part surface coating or special packaging is also possible on request.
