Press Shop

The press shop uses conventional and CNC-controlled single and double-column eccentrics; hydraulic and servo stamping presses with press forces of up to 800 tonnes. Seven parallel strip processing lines are capable of precisely processing strip steel up to 1,000 mm wide. We can also use strips up to a width of 1900 mm on our 800 tonne and 630 tonne transfer presses.

The focus of processing is on a material thickness range of 0.7 to 4.0 mm. Our technical capabilities also allow us to process materials in thickness ranges from 0.5 to 5.0 mm in special applications. A wide variety of steel, stainless steel and aluminium grades are used as starting materials. We have experience in processing everything from simple steel grades to high-strength and higher-strength steels. We also process special materials such as aluminium hybrids, aluminium expanded metal etc. in-house.  

UTS is also able to react flexibly to customer requirements at any time during the production process and take any changes into account without losing time.
