Toolmaking

The tools, testing and assembly equipment required for the production of pressed, drawn and stamped parts or complete assemblies can be manufactured both in-house and by reliable suppliers. 

According to the technical specifications of the customer and in close co-operation with their design department, UTS develops all tools at the most modern CAD - CAM workstations. 

The tools are designed using CAD systems. Customer data can be imported via the Catia, VDAFS, IGES, dxf and dwg interfaces.

UTS is responsible for the production of new tools. We are also able to carry out tool modifications and repairs in the shortest possible time. It goes without saying that we carry out all preventive maintenance measures in-house with our qualified toolmakers.
